Licensed Clinical Counselor

Zach is the founder and owner of Bismarck Counseling & Consulting, PLLC.  He is a North Dakota Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC).  He has over a decade of experience providing mental health services to the Bismarck/Mandan community.

Zach specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches. He provides in-person and online (telehealth) individual counseling to adults 18+, as well as marital/couples counseling services. 

Specialty Areas

Zach specializes in the treatment of mood disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar), trauma (including PTSD and grief counseling), and personality disorders.  Zach believes counseling should be tailored to each individual to best meet their unique mental health needs and readiness for change.

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Nevland is a North Dakota Licensed Psychologist with more than 15 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to the Bismarck/Mandan community and beyond.

Dr. Nevland specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and various trauma therapy approaches.  She provides in-person and online (telehealth) individual counseling to adults 18+.
